This department is considered as the tree which frow and spread its branches to cover all over the other department with it’s shadow, starting with establishing building for ministry of post, telegraph and telephone at different regions of the kingdom, also through implementing some projects for Haj Ministry in Mecca and some govemental and private projects which is based on the principle of raising the estheric sense for the customers.
